Cascade Workflow

Content Contributors should make sure their edits comply with web accessibility, web writing and site strategy standards before submitting their workflow.

When Can I Use This Workflow?

This workflow can be used if your edits include text and link updates and photo swap outs. Other edits such as adding a PDF or a new page must be submitted through the Web Support ticket

Submitting the Workflow

  1. Add the edits to your page.

  1. Select "Preview Draft" to view your edits before submitting.

  1. Once you are satisfied with your edits, select "Submit" and add a version comment to describe what was edited.
It is important to be descriptive when adding your comment. Descriptive comments ensure Web Services can review your edits quickly and complete the submission in a timely manner.

  1. Press "Start Workflow" to enter your submission for review.
Web Services will be notified of the submission and review the edits. If the edits do not comply with accessibility, web writing and site strategy standards, Web Services will adjust the content and notify you through email or Teams.

Creating a Report of Your Submissions

Content Contributors can create a report of their submitted Cascade workflows. The report will show all in-progress and completed workflows. The report process can be started anywhere on the Cascade site.

How Do I Export My Report?

The Workflow Report  page does not have an export option. If you wish to copy the results into a separate document, you can do so by manually highlighting the table and copying the results into a word document.
