Search in Cascade

  1. Select the search bar in the top-right corner of Cascade.
  2. Paste the image filename into the search field.
  3. Review the results and confirm the file location.

Important:

  • The file should exist under: Chico State: /
  • This ensures you are using the correct shared asset

Refine results

If your search returns few or no results, try shortening the filename.

Example:

  • Full filename: "20240413-DataFest-JH-015.JPG" provides 1 result
  • Partial filename: "20240413-DataFest-JH-" provides 9 results
  • Keyword only: "DataFest" provides 9+ results

Using partial filenames or keywords can help you find related images more quickly.

Use Recent list

Cascade tracks items you’ve recently clicked.

  • Your Recent list updates automatically
  • You can access it within one or two clicks
  • Use it to quickly return to images you’ve already viewed

This is a simple way to save time when working with multiple images.
