MFP Program
Fall 2024, the Division of IT (DoIT) launched a new multifunctional printer (MFP) Program that is the IT-supported print solution available on campus. This program offers campus departments the opportunity to lease self-service multifunctional printers that efficiently handle copying, printing, and scanning needs.

The three simple options can be selected using the MFP Program implementation form: https://forms.office.com/r/zcSXqahJyv. The options are:

It is possible to share an MFP with another area. It is recommended that this be limited to two areas. The area who will house the physical machine should complete the form and put both chartfields in and also note in the comments field.
