MFP Program
Fall 2024, the Division of IT (DoIT) launched a new multifunctional printer (MFP) Program that is the IT-supported print solution available on campus. This program offers campus departments the opportunity to lease self-service multifunctional printers that efficiently handle copying, printing, and scanning needs.
The prior MFP program reached end of life and has transitioned to new machines throughout the academic year: The transition replaces out-of-date and malfunction prone machines with new machines within a simplified cost-effective and flexible program where there is a simple monthly base fee for maintenance, parts and toner and departments only pay for the prints they make.
