To setup your new voicemail box:
From your Extension (Avaya phone or Avaya Workplace app) – dial 4400

Listen to the prompts.

If asked, enter your mailbox number (Note: This is the same as your 4-digit extension number).

Enter your temporary password 13579.

Follow the setup tutorial prompts.

Create a new password from 4 to 20 digits long followed by #. You must confirm your new password by re-entering the password followed by the #.

Record your Personal greeting. Press 2 to record your greeting, followed by # when finished. Press 1 to accept this greeting or press 2 to delete and re-record.

Record your Name. Press 2 to record your greeting, followed by # when finished. Press 1 to accept this greeting or press 2 to delete and re-record.

Congratulations! Your new Avaya Messaging voicemail box is now set up!
Off-Campus - dial 530-898-4400
