This article will walk you through removing and setting up Eduroam on Windows laptops and desktops. This applies to both university-owned and personally owned devices.
If your device is in Windows S Mode, please view instructions from Microsoft on how to opt-out of S Mode.
If you receive an "Unable to Connect" or similar error, please visit our office in Meriam Library 142. You may have an expired password, locked account, or affiliation issues that prevent a successful connection to the wireless network.
Continuous connection attempts could lock your Chico State account.

- Select Wi-Fi from the left menu, then click Manage known networks.

- In the networks list, select eduroam and then click Forget.

- You should now be disconnected from the Eduroam network. You may want to restart your device before proceeding to the next step.
