I need to cancel my registration for an upcoming training

If your schedule has changed and you need to cancel your registration: 

• Login to the CSU Learn Portal : https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=sumtotal
• Click on the Assigned Tab (lower left corner) 
• Locate your upcoming training
• Click on the downward arrow on the blue "Details" button (see screen shot below) 
• Click "Cancel Registration" 
• If the activity is part of course/curriculum you may be redirected to an additional screen "Select All"
• Confirm your training cancellation by clicking "Cancel Registration" 
• Within 5 min you will receive an email confirmation that your training's registration has been canceled.
