Getting Waitlisted and Checking Your Position Number

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Student Center. 
  2. Select the Class Schedule on the left side navigation menu. 
  3. Type the course subject in the Subject box. 
  4. Enter the course number in the Course Number box. 
  5. Select Search. 
  6. Look at the status column on the right-hand side of the page to see which section is open. 
  7. If there is a green box with the letter O, the course is open for enrollment. 
  8.  If the course is full, you will see an orange W. The number next to the W will show you how many available spots are available on the waitlist. 
  9. To add yourself to the waitlist, select the three-dot (toggle) menu for additional actions. 
  10. Select Enroll. 
  11. Check the Wait List If Class is Full option. 
  12. Select Save. 
  13. Check the "I agree" checkbox that notifies you to graduate in four years, you should take 15 units per semester. 
  14. Select Enroll. 
  15. A success message will appear, select OK.
