"Act As" an Advisee in Student Center

Instructions

Option 1

  1. Log in to your Advisor Center. This will display a list of your advisees.
  2. To get to an advisee's Student Center, select View Student Details.
  3. Back in the Advisor Center, to look up a student who is not one of your designated advisees, select the View Data for Other Students button. Search the student by first name, last name, or student ID number.

Option 2

  1. Select the View Advisees section in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. In this option, you can select Act as User next to a student's name
  3. Select Continue on the pop-up notifying you to exit out of the student's account when you are finished.
  4. This will take you to the view from the student's end in the new view.
  5. Once done, select Exit in the top-right corner.
  6. To look up a student who is not one of your designated advisees, select the View Data for Other Students button. Search the student by first name, last name, or student ID number.
  7. Once again, select Exit in the top-right corner.
