Where do I download Avaya Workplace?
You must be migrated to Avaya Workplace before using the app. Check with your department coordinator or campus communications.

How do I reset the Avaya Workplace application?
- Select the Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Support.
- Select Reset Application.
- Sign back in using your Chico State email address.
I see “No SIP Servers Configured.” What should I do?
Reset the application using the steps above and sign in again.
Use Calling Features and Settings
How do I check my voicemail?
- Select the voicemail icon in Avaya Workplace.
- This will dial 4400 (Chico Message Center).
- Follow prompts to enter the star key and your 4-digit extension.
Can I check voicemail for another extension?
Yes. Dial 4400 or use the voicemail icon and enter the extension and password when prompted.
How do I clear my call history?
- Go to the History tab.
- Select History (drop-down at top).
- Select Delete all History.
How do I stop calls from ringing on my computer during a meeting?
- Sign out of the Avaya Workplace application
- Lower or mute the ringer volume
- Enable Send All Calls to send calls directly to voicemail
Does Avaya Workplace support text messaging (SMS)?
No, SMS/text messaging is not supported.
How do I use simultaneous ring?
Avaya Workplace rings on all devices where you are signed in. To stop this behavior, sign out of devices you do not want to ring.
Can I move an active call to another device?
Yes, but this feature must be enabled. Contact CASV at x6868 or casvcustomerservice@csuchico.edu.
