ITSS Release of Liability
By requesting this service, I understand that CSU, Chico and ITSS are not responsible for any consequential loss of data or applications; or damage to personal property. I also understand that I am responsible for backing up my device before requesting any work to be performed. In exchange for this release of liability, ITSS agrees to provide quality support in an effort to restore system stability and/or network connectivity. I understand ITSS may need to install security patches and updates that can adversely affect other applications. Additionally, CSU, Chico licensed network access control software may be added to my system along with an approved anti-virus. Such procedures are considered mandatory for connection to the CSU, Chico network. Software that is illegal or disruptive to the campus network may be removed.
