If you are experiencing an issue printing in a campus computer lab, use this service to request assistance. The appropriate lab manager will be notified and will resolve the issue where possible.
You can also use this service to request assistance with the campus CatPrints system including the CatPrints client and paystations.
Please have the following information ready when submitting a request:
- Building and room number
- State Decal of printer or paystation
- Description of the problem. Please be as descriptive as possible. Possible issues include paper jams, toner replacement, error codes and problems printing via the CatPrints system.
