Telephone disconnect

As a result of business factors, a department may determine it has one or more telephone lines that are no longer needed. Since departments incur a monthly charge for each line, they may wish to have the unneeded lines disconnected and monthly billing stopped. (Departments incurred a one-time charge for the telephone purchase and therefore should retain that equipment when lines are disconnected.)

There is no charge for a disconnect service.
