This service enables faculty, staff, or designated users to request the creation of a Microsoft Teams workspace within the institution’s Microsoft 365 environment. A Teams workspace provides a centralized location for communication, file sharing, and task coordination among members of a defined group.
Each workspace is provisioned with standard settings and naming conventions to ensure consistency, discoverability, and compliance with institutional policies. Additional customization (e.g., private channels, guest access, or app integrations) may be available upon request and subject to approval.
