COGNOS: We can help support your data driven decisions by leveraging data reporting systems to answer questions and fulfill reporting requirements. Cognos automatically applies access based on departmental affiliation. Please log into Cognos and review your access to reporting. If you are not able to access the data you need, submit a request.
CRA: If you need academic or student-related data, and you are not able to find an applicable report in Cognos, please request CRA access. Similarly, if you already know CRA job number(s) that you require, please indicate as such on the service ticket.
INSIGHT: Insight is the current tool for human resources data reporting.
For access to Insight Financial reporting, please navigate to https://www.onbase.csuchico.edu/AppNet/Login.aspx, select "FIN - Financial Security Authorization" on the left pane, and make sure to select "Chico Campus Data Warehouse" further down the form.
