Chico State currently has several data tools available for campus use. Access to data is based on your role on campus.
- Publicly available data is available on our website at https://www.csuchico.edu/ir/. Please explore the current factbook dashboards for an answer to your question.
- Cognos is the current report writing tool. Several reports are available for campus to utilize. These reports are in the form of row record data to aggregate dashboards.
- Tableau is the current tool for dashboard aggregate reporting of data.
- CRA is a legacy reporting tool, containing reports for academic and student-related data. Development and updates to report jobs in this system are no longer permitted, but many reports are still relevant where not already covered by Cognos.
