The Digital Accessibility Remediation & Support service ticket supports Chico State’s commitment to providing accessible digital content in alignment with federal accessibility requirements (including ADA Title II and Section 508).
The Office of Digital Accessibility, part of the Technology Equity and Inclusion (TEIN) department, provides support for remediating digital materials such as PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoints. Captioning of audio and video content as part of approved student accommodations is also provided.
In addition to remediation, the Office of Digital Accessibility can provide guidance and resources to help faculty and staff create accessible content moving forward.
