Use this service request to report errors with student authentication while logging into the Cal State S4 System. An administrator will be notified of errors, and errors will be corrected where possible. Please include a screenshot of the error if possible.
Members of the campus community can use TeamDynamix to report any errors online. Click on the “Request Service” button at right (and login if prompted) to report the error.
