Access CalEmployeeConnect
Cal Employee Connect (also referred to as CalConnect) is a State of California system that allows employees to view payroll, tax, and employment-related information.
To access Cal Employee Connect, go to https://connect.sco.ca.gov/
Login and Duo Authentication
Your Cal Employee Connect login credentials may not be the same as your Chico State username and password.
Cal Employee Connect uses its own multifactor authentication system:
- The CalConnect Duo account is separate from Chico State’s Duo account.
- Chico State IT Support Services cannot assist with CalConnect Duo setup, approvals, or troubleshooting.
- Issues with Duo for Cal Employee Connect must be addressed through Human Resources or CalConnect support.
