FAQs

Why should I use this workflow over the TeamDynamix ticket?

This workflow should be used if your edits include text, link or photo changes. All other edits such as adding a PDF or a new page should be submitted with the TeamDynamix Workflow.

Will all of my submissions be published?

All edits must comply with accessibility, web writing and site strategy standards. If an edit violates a policy, the Content Contributor will be asked to alter their content before Web Services moves forward with the submission.

Steps

  1. Add the edits to your page.
  2. Select "Preview Draft"to view your edits before submitting.
  3. Once you are satisfied with your edits, select "Submit" and add a comment to describe what was edited.
It is important to be as descriptive as possible when adding your comment. Descriptive comments ensure Web Services can review your edits quickly and complete the submission in a timely manner.
  4. Press "Start Workflow" to enter your submission for review.
Web Services will be notified of the submission and review the edits. If the edits do not comply with accessibility, web writing and site strategy standards, Web Services will request an edit through the workflow.
