IRIMS Mobile

This article will assist with setup of the iRIMS Mobile application for Systems Supervisors 

  1. With assistance from IT Support, provision your mobile device for iRims mobile application
  2. Log in to the RIMS application on your Computer Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. From the Menu Bar Select Rims then System Management then click on workstations.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. After the RIMS workstation window opens, enter the POS # at the bottom of the window and double click the line entry of the POS# workstation. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. After the RIMS workstation definition window opens, at the bottom of the window select IRIMS Config.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. In the IRIMS Device Configuration window, click on "Generate QR Code", then at the bottom of the window click Enter and the window will close. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  7. Click on save in the RIMS Workstation Definition window, then click on iRIMS Config again.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  8. Once the iRIMS Device Configuration window opens, open iRims on the mobile device and add a workstation. Scan the QR code from the the window on your computer. If the configuration is successful you will see a green "Workstation Activated" bar underneath the device Info section in the window on your computer. Close all windows. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  9. Login to the iRims mobile application with your user credentials to test and verify that the application is working. If you need further assistance, please contact your IT Support Representantive for RIMS.
