How To Download and Install the Chico State App

  2. Open the App Store: Locate the App Store icon on your Home screen. It's a blue icon with a white "A" made of sticks.
  3. Search for the App: Tap the "Search" tab at the bottom right corner of the screen. In the search bar at the top, type “Chico State App - Chico State” and click search.
  4. Search Results: Scroll through the search results to find the app you are looking for. Tap on the app to view more details.
  5. Download the App: Tap the "Get" button next to the app name. It may say "Install" if you've downloaded the app before. If prompted, use Face ID, Touch ID, or enter your Apple ID password to confirm the download.
  6. Wait for the Download to Complete: The app will begin downloading to your iPhone. You will see a progress circle indicating the download status. Once the download is complete, the app icon will appear on your Home screen.

  3. Search for the App: Tap on the search bar at the top of the screen. Type “Chico State App - Chico State” and click search. and press the search icon (magnifying glass).
  4. Search Results: Scroll through the search results to find the app you are looking for. Tap on the app to view more details.
  5. Download the App: Tap the "Install" button on the app's page. The app will begin downloading. You may be prompted to accept the app’s permissions before the installation begins.
  6. Wait for the Download and Installation to Complete: The app will be downloaded and installed automatically. You will see a progress bar indicating the status. Once the download and installation are complete, the "Install" button will change to "Open."
  7. Open the App: Tap the "Open" button to launch the app immediately, or find the app icon on your Home screen or in the app drawer to open it later.
