Logging into Qualtrics

  1. Log into Qualtrics (csuchico.qualtrics.com).
  2. At the sign-in screen, enter your Chico State username and password to sign in.
    • If you don't see the Shibboleth login page, you may need to click Qualtrics Credentials and Sign in with SSO first.
    • For Organization ID, enter csuchico and click Continue. 
  3. Approve the login attempt with Duo when prompted.

Qualtrics offers several training and support options. Make sure you are logged in using the instructions above before clicking the links.
