Box Drive (Box on your desktop) uses icons to denote the status of your files/folders.
These icons appear at every level of your Box Drive folder.
If you do not see icons in Box Drive, try exiting the Box Drive app or follow this link to learn about clearing and resetting Box Drive. If you still do not see icons, submit a ticket for additional help with this issue.
