When you are no longer active staff, faculty, or student you will not be able to login to Chico State Qualtrics. If you wish to have a copy of your Qualtrics content you will need to export content from your Chico State account prior to your leave date and then import it into another Qualtrics account.
Exporting Qualtrics Data
- Steps to Export surveys: Go to the project> Tools > Export. This will export the file as a QSF.
- Steps to Import surveys: Go to the projects page > Create Project > Create from Existing > From a File.
- Steps to Export data: Go to the project > Data & Analysis Tab > Export & Import > Export > Legacy Format > CSV > Download.
- Steps to Import data: Go to the project > Data & Analysis Tab > Export & Import > Import > Browse for the CSV file > Import.
