Note: Global Protect VPN is required to print from Intune-managed devices. If a print job hangs and does not print, check to make sure you are connected to Global Protect VPN.
Using the uniFLOW Webclient
- In the webclient such as Chrome or Firefox, type in https://mfp-printers.csuchico.edu:8448/Auth/Login.
- A warning will appear, click advanced
- From there, click proceed to mfp-printers.csuchico.edu (unsafe)
- Once you make it to the uniFLOW webpage, click Windows Authentication
- Once clicked, a sign in prompt will appear. Under Username go ahead and enter your username you use to access the Portal, which is also your email without the "@csuchico.edu". Under Password go ahead and enter your password and click Sign In
- Once signed in, click the highlighted icon on the side
- On this page you'll be able to see what is in the uniFLOW queue. Go ahead and click the item you want to print.
- And then click the highlighted icon in order to release the job.
- A new window should appear, this will be functionally similar to the uniFLOW client.
- Once the job is released, go ahead and click the specific cost center you wish to assign the job to
- And click "Assign Cost Center" which will send the job to the server and print the requested print job.
