Help

The Help section in Microsoft Teams provides you with resources and support to help you use the Teams app effectively. In the Help section, you can find articles, videos, and tutorials on various topics related to using Teams, such as getting started, managing teams and channels, and using the different features of the app. You can also use the search bar to find specific information or browse the different categories to find the resources you need. Additionally, the Help section provides you with options to contact support or provide feedback if you need further assistance. This integration between help and Microsoft Teams makes it easy to find the information you need to use the app effectively.

  1. Find the Ellipses: At the top of the Teams window, click on the ellipses (…) icon. This icon represents the "More options" menu and is located near your profile picture.
  2. Navigate to Help: In the dropdown menu that appears after clicking the ellipses, look for an option labeled "Help”.
  3. Select Help Option: Click on the "Help" option. Upon doing this, you'll be presented with a few choices:
    • Get Help: Offers general help topics and guides with the ability to use the search function for step by step instructions.
