- Change your Chico State password immediately
- Call IT Support Services at 530-898-4357
- Review your Chico State Account Settings
- This includes your Chico State email settings and Direct Deposit information
- Click Request Service on this page if you need additional help

If you believe another Chico State account has been compromised:
- Do not reply to the message or click any links
- Do not share personal or sensitive information
