Requirements
Phase One: Bring Rave online with nightly feeds of active employee and student data and instant updates via a personal record update similar, if not identical to the one used in PeopleSoft.

Phase Two:  Phase Two is NOT part of this project, and directed, Phase Two will be a new Project Request entirely and will be focused upon to be determined applications within the AppArmor Suite of applications. In other words, This project was EMERGENCY ALERT NOTIFICATIONS under RAVE specifically (not AppArmor). AppArmor is a company acquired by RAVE, and AppArmor applications are not included in this project.

AppArmor – a customizable app that can be completely customizable (including the title of the app).  Enables push notifications (on WiFi, not cellular networks).  Works in tandem with the notification system. Can be restricted to the campus community (LDAP/SSO), made public, or a combination of both for specific features in the app.  Includes a mobile blue light notification function. Target date for Phase One: implementation would be no later than September 4th to allow Rave to be used for the "Chico State Alerts" test for the fall semester.

No specific date for buildout of AppArmor at this point.
