What would a successful solution look like?
What outcome will you have at the conclusion of this project? If this proposal is one of a multi-phase project, please explain your plans, goals, and timelines for subsequent phases.
A successful solution would be a public facing web page that displays services by category, featuring the ability to view current and past incident and maintenance events, as well as the ability to subscribe to the system dashboard. If someone were to click on an event for a particular date, they would see the services impacted, the type of event, who created the event, as well as the system status. Ideally, TDx technicians would have the ability to create incident and maintenance tickets that are automatically pushed into the dashboard's application to create the events without manual intervention.
Is this project mandated or required?
Required (not mandated) directly from Chico State President or VP
What is the reason for the project being completed by the deadline?
Describe the business requirement or reason for the project deadline.
