Having checklist items automatically added to individual student checklists with the items for the auto-admit process. Currently the system can identify which students need particular checklist items but they are not added to the checklist for the auto-admit process.

Description

Admissions is in need of a new process to add transcript checklist items to the AFTF checklist for the auto admit population. A few years back, CHIAD015 was created for the auto admit population and this process included adding checklist items to the checklist. We need this piece extracted from this process. I have attached an old Auto Admit guide which explained what CHIAD015 did (this starts on page 24 of the guide). Ideally, we would like this process completed by October 1 for fall 2024 processing.
