Description

CHARGE: Pilot Early Alert & Cohort Tracking via TargetX with select number of majors and support programs

DELIVERABLES:

Provide onramp/exposure of existing functionality to users

Schedule a demo of new/improved retention tools from TargetX

After technical resources have completed initial work, create a demo that is specific to how we envision Chico using these tools

Identify existing features for priority exploration and use

Meet with VP of IT for technology strategizing

Develop technical tasks and milestones for configuration

Consider and prioritized potential API (data) feeds from relevant systems

i.e. TutorTrac, Hand Shake, Canvas, CatsConnect

Consult with other Team 3 Leads for best ways to implement and manage raised alerts
