Instance Change Over is likely to break all of the URLs below:
Ran the hardcoded url checker
829 items (majority are email templates)
There is an option to update the urls but further investigation needs to occur before mass updating 829 email templates
would need to update after the change over

Investigate how relative urls are updated during the process
IP Addresses will change
Need to determine the new IP addresses and get them on the SPF record

Description

The Winter 23 update will be deployed in production on October 7th. There are several changes that the Customer Engagement team will need to test prior to the update getting applied including:
-Migrating our instance to a new stack which will require us to update any hard-coded URLs
-Preparation for the move to enhanced domains including updates to TargetX through Aug 22 releases
