Changed Health from None - No health has been set to Yellow - At risk with corrective actions.
Moving this project into health condition yellow. PS team got bogged down on some other projects and we are working on figuring out a more realistic schedule that will aim to fit this priority in alongside our various other priorities. Will be consulting with management before we finalize anything.

Description

I'd like to make some improvements to the Textbook Load process. We currently use the CO provided process which has not been updated to accommodate the OER and NSM statuses. The CSU bookstore's textbook data is sent through the CO process and then into PeopleSoft. Below is a summary of what I would like to do:

1. Add Follett Section Notes (Field 8) to PS Course Material Notes or Special Instructions (still figuring out the best place).
2. Add logic to use more messages from the message catalog. The current process only has one message option, but we would like additional message options so that user-facing messages can be more specific. This would support better UX and easier troubleshooting.
3. Find a new way to accommodate OER and NSM Textbook Assignment Statuses that the CO has never updated their process to deal with.
