Decommission of an existing system

Description

The parent portal was originally created and utilized for students to enter their parents' information and authorize access. Now that HighPoint is being utilized for this purpose, the legacy parent portal is no longer needed. The legacy parent portal may also be causing duplicate guest user IDs and duplicate oper IDs to be created as well. By completing this project, REGS will be able to determine what is causing the duplicate IDs, which will improve the student experience with this process.
