Description

We have had users reporting an error after using SSO to get into HR. Dana has had them log in via Incognito (or equivalent) mode which seems to help in some cases.

A screenshot of the error is attached.

Looking online, came across this page about the error.
http://oracledbtales.blogspot.com/2017/09/peoplesoft-login-error-strpcminvportal.html

Can EAPP verify that these settings are set appropriately in HCHIPRD? Hoping this can be crossed off as a possible cause of these problems.

Thanks!
