This article guides new and returning students to common start-of-semester tasks related to IT and academic technologies, including:
1) verifying enrollment in a Canvas course
2) activating your Chico State Zoom account
3) accessing campus accounts, wifi, tech lending and apps

• Verify your enrollment by selecting Courses > All Courses. 

Have an online class? Prepare to Zoom

• Activate your Chico State Zoom Account (one-time task)

• Sign in to your Chico State Zoom Account   

Need help with technology?

• View the IT Quick Start for Students and please: 
  • Don’t provide your Duo code to anyone. 
  • Report suspicious emails with Phish Alert.
• Contact IT Support Services for help with any of the above.
• Contact the Meriam Library for short-term tech lending. 
• Contact the Center for Tech Equity for semester-long lending.
