Submit an IT support ticket
- Go to the Help with something that isn't listed form and click Request Service.
- Confirm the Requested For and Department fields are correct.
- If they do not auto-fill, begin typing to search and select your information.
- In the Subject field, enter a short summary of the issue.
- Cannot connect to wireless
- Unable to print from workstation
- Software Center download not working
- In the Description field, provide detailed information about the issue, including:
- What you are trying to do
- What is not working
- Any error messages
- Your location (building/room)
- The device you are using, including the asset tag (ex: S12345)
Example: “I am trying to connect to the wireless network from my laptop, asset C01234, in Butte Hall 405. I receive an error message that says ‘failed to connect.’”
- Use Attachments to add any screenshots of the issue
- Select Submit.

After submitting, IT Support will respond as soon as possible.
