Portal Overview
The Chico State Portal is the central hub for students, faculty, and staff, providing essential access to a wide range of online services, including:
- Canvas
- Microsoft 365 (Campus Email)
- Google Drive
- Account Center (password and account management)
- Student Center (enrollment and financial information)
- Canvas and CSULearn (campus training)
- Campus Announcements and Chico State Alerts
If you have not yet claimed your account, you can follow the instructions on our Knowledge Base for Claiming Your Chico State Student Account. If you have already claimed your account and cannot sign in, please follow the instructions for Resetting Your Chico State Password (Portal Password).
Resetting Portal Layout
- Navigate to the Chico State Portal and sign in.
- Click the Customize tab along the top.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Reset Now in the Reset My Layout section.
- The page will refresh, scroll back to the bottom and click Reset Layout to confirm.
- You may need to log out and back into the Portal to view the changes.
