View Your Account Holds

You can view your account holds and get more information using the Student Center. Follow the steps below to check your account status.

  1. Log in to the Student Center using the Chico State Portal.
  2. Go to your Dashboard in the left-side navigation menu.
  3. Your holds appear on the left side of your dashboard.
  4. If you do not see your holds:
    • Select Edit My Widgets in the top right corner.
    • Make sure Holds is checked.
  5. The number of holds appears in the red box next to Holds.
  6. To view details, select each hold.
  7. Contact information for the department that placed the hold is available in this area.
