Note: If you are having issues with your Poly Handset, reboot the phone by unplugging the network cable from the back of the phone, waiting a few minutes, and plugging it back in. If this doesn't resolve your issues, please open a ticket with ITSS.

Change the Voicemail Greeting
To change the voicemail greeting on the Poly CCX 350, click the button to go into the phone Settings.
Scroll down and select "Calling" - then "Change Voicemail Greetings".
Follow the prompts to record a new greeting.
Change the Ringtones
To change the ringtone options on the Poly CCX 350, click the button to go into the phone Settings.
Scroll down and select "Calling" - then scroll down to Ringtones. Select which ringtone should be set for each call type.
Forwarding a Call
To forward calls from a phone set, click the button to go into the phone Settings.
Scroll down and select "Calling" - then scroll down to Call Forwarding. Click to toggle forwarding on.
It will default to Forward to Voicemail. If you want it to forward to a contact or number, arrow down and select Forward to, then arrow down to click Contact or number. Enter the contact or number you want calls to be forwarded to.
To turn forwarding off, repeat the first two steps and click to toggle forwarding back off.

To set Line Keys, select More, then select Line Keys. Click Assign line key to set as many as needed.
To see Contacts, click More and select People.
