Course Opened in an Unsupported Web Browser
If a training course is launched using Internet Explorer, the page may appear to load but display a blank content area. Internet Explorer is not supported for CSU Learn training.
Please use one of the following supported web browsers instead:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
Close Internet Explorer, then relaunch the training course using a supported browser.

Active CSU Learn Tracking Window
In some cases, you may see a message stating that online activity is in progress. This indicates that the CSU Learn tracking window is currently open.
Do not close this window. The tracking window is required to record course progress. You may minimize it while completing your training.
