How do I complete my assigned training?

Initial setup:

1. Using a laptop or a desktop computer open a new Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser window. Internet Explorer, Safari, mobile devices and iPads are not recommended.
2. Disable any popup or ad blockers for the CSU Learn site.

Finding your training:

1. Copy/Paste this CSU Learn Portal link https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=sumtotal  into your browser and hit Enter. ( Next select Chico from the drop down menu) 
2. Click on the Assigned Learning tab. Depending on the training click on the Start or Register button (top right corner)

If you are having any issues clicking on training links, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer
2. Make sure your web browser is up to date
3. Clear your browser cookies and cache
