Log in to Adobe Creative Cloud

You should sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud software with an Enterprise ID (also called a Business ID or Federated ID). You can log in directly at account.adobe.com.

  1. At the sign-in screen, DO NOT enter your campus email address. Instead, enter csuchico.edu

Install Adobe Creative Cloud

For instructions on installing Adobe Creative Cloud on a personal device, click here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/2638/wildcat/KB/ArticleDet?ID=114173

Campus-managed/state devices should have Adobe Creative Cloud installed by default on all newly-imaged machines. If you are unable to locate it, you will need to reinstall or update it via the device's Software Center (PC) or Self Service (Mac).
