UPDATED INFORMATION ON BOX ACCOUNTS:
Box accounts are automatically created for the following:
- New Chico State staff, faculty, visiting faculty, instructors, and student employees
- Staff and Faculty Future Hire employees
- AS employees (but not AS student employees)
- CSE employees and student employees
- RCE employees
** Once the employee's PS record is updated/changed, their Box account is created during the nightly update process.
You still need to request Box accounts for the following:
- AS student employees
- Volunteers
- Faculty Volunteers
- Faculty Emeritus
An exchange account (i.e. @csuchico.edu email account) will be created as this is required for a Box account.
