AI Tools – Access, Support & Feedback

Use this service for access, support, and feedback related to Chico State-supported artificial intelligence tools and services.

• Request access to AI tools or features that require enablement.
• Get support with access, configuration, functionality, or other problems.
• Request a feature that is not currently available or enabled.
• Provide feedback about an AI tool, feature, or Chico State AI service.
• Report an issue with a Chico State AI platform or experience.

Supported services include ChatGPT Edu, Claude for Education, and the Chico State AI nebulaONE platform, along with supported features and integrations such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Availability and eligibility vary by tool and feature. Some access requests may be provisioned automatically after required acknowledgments are completed, while others may require review.
