Every faculty and stateside staff member at Chico State is provided with a Zoom Webinar Plus license, capable of hosting virtual events with up to 1,000 attendees and as many as 200 breakout rooms. However, if you are a student or an auxiliary organization staff member, or if your event is expected to exceed 1000 participants, you will need to submit a webinar license request. Licenses will be issued up to 2 weeks before your event and will be removed the day after the event, unless additional time is requested.
