Signing in to your Chico State Zoom account provides specific privileges that a free account does not. These include hosting meetings with unlimited meeting time, recording to the cloud, and accessing meetings that "require authentication." Anytime you are prompted to sign in to Zoom at Chico, always choose SSO (Single Sign-On) as the method for authentication. Do not use your email for signing in.
Prerequisites
Step-by-Step Instructions
To sign in to your Chico State Zoom account, do the following:
Sign in to Zoom on Desktop/Laptop

When prompted to log in, select "Sign In with SSO".

On the SSO screen, enter the domain "csuchico" so that the full domain reads as csuchico.zoom.us.

Login using your Chico State username and password.

From your browser pop-up, select Open in Zoom.
IMPORTANT! If your browser does not respond after choosing "Open in Zoom," please clear your browser cookies and cache.
This will direct you back to the Zoom app.
Sign in to Zoom on Your Mobile Device

From your mobile device, start the Zoom app.

Select Sign in.

From the Sign In window, select the SSO icon.

Enter csuchico as the domain. You should then be able to sign in with your Chico credentials.
Troubleshooting
If your browser does not respond after choosing "Open in Zoom," please clear your browser cookies and cache.
