Training course shows a blank page

There are two common situations where a user sees a blank page in CSU Learn.


If you launch certain courses using Internet Explorer, you may see the "SumTotal" branding, course navigation buttons, and a completely blank area that covers the rest of the page:

Please note that CSU Learn does not support Internet Explorer. Try opening the course using a different web browser. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred.


Alternatively, some users see a page which shows moving squares, course title, and a message which says that "online activity is in progress":

If you see this page, this is the tracking window. Please do not close the tracking window. You can minimize this window and look for your training course in another window. If you do not see any other windows open, please disable your pop-up blocker and re-launch the course.
