Campus-managed/state devices should have Adobe Creative Cloud installed by default. If you are unable to locate it, you will need to reinstall or update it via the device's Software Center (PC) or Self Service (Mac).
Install Adobe Creative Cloud
After you activate your license with Adobe, follow these steps to install the Creative Cloud package on a personal device.
- Go to adobe.com/apps and click Sign In in the top right
- On the sign-in page, DO NOT enter your campus email address. Instead, enter csuchico.edu
- This will then direct you to the regular Chico State Shibboleth login page where you will enter your Chico State username and password
- Once the page reloads, click Apps on the left sidebar
- The Apps page should show you apps you already have installed, as well as the apps that are available in your plan
- Install the app(s) you want individually or install the Creative Cloud app to easily manage your installations and updates from one place
- The Creative Cloud app installs automatically with your first app
- Once you've downloaded the installation file for your chosen apps, open the file and walk through the on-screen prompts to complete the installation
