Welcome to Spring 2025 Wildcats!

Welcomes Chico State Wildcats to the start of the Spring 2025 semester and provides tips for locating courses in Canvas, updating and signing in to your Zoom account, as well as helpful IT-related resources for accounts, wifi, and Duo multifactor authentication.

Looking for your Canvas class? 

• Your instructor may still need to “publish.” Check back soon.

• Verify your enrollment by selecting Courses > All Courses. 

Have an Online Class? Prepare to Zoom...

• Install the latest version of Zoom now to save time later.

• Before class starts: Sign in Zoom using SSO (do not use email) 

Need help with Accounts, Wifi, Duo, etc?

• View the IT Quick Start for Students and please: 

  • Don’t provide your Duo code to anyone. 

  • Report suspicious emails with Phish Alert.

• Contact IT Support Services for help with any of the above.

• Visit the Center for Tech Equity for software support & training.
